This was for a co-workers birthday who's last name is Monday. The cake was a strawberry cake with Bavarian cream filling. The panels are made of 50/50. The panel with "Monday" on it was a foam board covered with Fondant and the monday was done in white chocolate. Thank you to GingerSoave for the idea. Tnx for looking
