Much inspiration came from all the other steak cakes on CC! This was a lemon cake, egg and dairy free. I used a powdered egg substitute and it did not really bind the cake very well! Buttercream frosting made with margarine to reduce the amount of milk protein (due to allergy), covered in fondant.
