The theme for this cake is pink and brown, the mom wanted a pregnant mommy, shoes and accesories, at the end I liked the way the cake turned out. The cake was Italian cream cake with cream chesse filling, the outside was regular buttercream frosting, I had the worst time trying to make this cake smooth, the cake kept shifting to one side or another, I guess it was the cream cheese in the middle.
