Top layer is made with vanilla cake filled with strawberry filling, bottom layer is chocolate cake filled with "homemade" chcocolate buttercream filling...rolled in chcocolate fondant. Baby blue/white fondant stripe the cake. I used non-edible booties for the top (for keepsake) and non edible baby bottles, pacifiers, and diaper pins...I found matching color ribbon and applied to the cake. trimmed in dark chcocolate buttercream.
