3-D Kansas University Jayhawk made with wilton's 3-d Bear pan. Carved to be the correct shape and filled with ganache. Fondant details, RC tail, beak and shoes. Beak was a huge challenge to keep it on! Millions of toothpicks and a lollipop stick later- I hope it doesn't fall off before she picks it up!
