Wife called me and wanted a cake for her husband. She wanted something that was 'manly' yet not boring or too over done. She called at 6 pm the night b/4 she needed it, so needless to say, I didn't have a lot of time, b/c I was going to be out of town the next day and would have to have it done that night. She got a chocolate cake with choc. BC filling and choc. ganache with a deco design on top. They loved it, I am glad I could finish it.
