I was trying out a new recipe - made a marbled neapolitan cake - and we have five birthdays in February - guys and gals. So - I made this gift box with mini cakes for each. Was very displeased with my bow - I used marshmallow fondant - which never would really get hard enough. Next time, I'll use gumpaste.
