This is the novelty tiered cake I ented in the Capital Confectioners That Takes the Cake show in Austin. The patterns and colors were inspired by a series of scrapbook paper. The box tops and loop bow were done in gumpaste. The cake decorations were done in fondant. The argyle stiching was piped with royal icing. I placed second.
