My 12 year old step-son Matthew made this cake. He saw one like it on this site and wanted to make one for us for Christmas. He made the legs out of cereal treats and the rear-end of santa out of cake. The chimney is actually a foam block that he covered in red icing and used white fondant for the mortor. He came up with the "Christmas Balls on Candy Canes" idea on his own. He used the leftover cereal and some candy canes and then dipped it in white chocolate and then sprinkles. He is really going to be a great decorator one day!! He already is!
