Devil's food cake with vanilla buttercream icing, The car is carved from a 9 x 13 layer cut and stacked on top of each other. This was a last minute order & my first completely carved car so there are definitely some changes to be made for next time. The birthday girl didn't want fondant so it's not quite as smooth as I would have liked it to be, but I still think she'll be happy - I hope!
