The Bride and Groom will be getting married in Mexico so we went with the Margarita Fiesta theme.

Top Tier: Yellow Butter Cake with Orange Creamsicle Filling* (one of my personal bests!) and Buttercream Icing, Decorations made with Fondant. Margarita Jello in the glass, rimmed with icing and sugar.

Cupcakes: 1. Vanilla Cupcakes with Orange Creamsicle Filling and Buttercream Icing, 2. Chocolate Cupcakes with Peanut Butter Mousse filling and Buttercream Icing.
