Thank you very much. Yes the cake topper was done by blowing up a ballon and then drawing your design with royal icing. Let it dry and then pop the ballon.

I wet a paint brush and then dabbed it in the black gel food coloring. I didn't want it to be too thin, because it might be too runny and drip.
