This is one my favorites that I've done. It was the centerpiece for Thanksgiving dinner at my Aunt's house. The colors turned out just right. This was the Betty Crocker fancy fill pan so it was pumpkin spice cake with a coconut cream cheese & walnut filling. It was iced in butter vanilla buttercream and covered in butter vanilla mmf. Everything edible except the fall leaf garland.
