I made this cake for my MIL's birthday (on Valentine's Day!). The bottom is a 10" heart, two layer, torted chocolate fudge cake with whipped chocolate ganache filling. The top is a 6" heart, two layer, torted lemon cake with lemon curd filling. Iced in buttercream with fondant roses.
