the lady was retiring from working in an office for over 30yrs...she plans to go into "gift baskets" to keep busy so i used that focus and made her a fondant basket filled with meaningful things: rrsp portfolio, sunscreen (she's going to caribbean), lobster (she's from east coast), etc. flowers are her home province's flower. it was a tonne of work but she really appreciated all the thoughful details.
