For my Boss's Birthday tomorrow...it is not the normal Valentine cake, but...He LOVES Carrot cake...This is made from scratch and weighs as much as a fruit cake. I am still playing around with fondant figures...Thanks to all of the great people on CC for all of you help. TFL!
