I had artistic license on this cake as m-of -the-bride ordered another cake but then asked if we could change it 1 week before the wedding, seen as though she is having a beach wedding i suggested this idea all over the phone she accepted... i then got to play YAY.. shells all white choc, bride n grrom fondant on a icing plaque. all edible sand . Only requirement was the top tier to be a small fruit cake. She was over the moon when she picked it up yesterday for valentines day wedding. (horrible to work in the humidity though made it hard)
