This cake was made for my 12 year old neice's birthday party. Lots of firsts on this one - first time covering cake dummies (only the middle tier was actual cake - wow that was easy!!), first fondant numbers, and first bow. I was so excited to make this cake - I was a child of the 80's I love NEON!!! :-)
