This was supposed to be my first paid topy turvy cake. Unfortunately, in the car it decided to live up to its name. The cake was three tiers, in the picture are two of them. I have totally shyed away from attempting this again - especially trying to transport it as one piece. If anyone has a good construction method for one, I would love to hear it! I think this new catergory is great! Wait until I upload my shipwreck!
