Well I had been practicing on plates for a few weeks and it was finally time to give it a shot on a real cake! I made this one for my husband and myself, so that if it turned out horrible I could just eat it and no one would know. :) I was pretty proud of the results though and it got me very excited to keep going. This was yellow cake with alternating raspberry and blackberry jam for filling. Buttercream frosting. MMMMM!
