I actually made this for Boss' Day, but it would work for Father's Day as well. White cake with sliced strawberries inside covered with marshamallow fondant. The tie is made with MMFondant as well. I had just sprayed it to get rid of some powdered sugar so it's all shiny...maybe it's a silk shirt?? Hm.
