I saw so many wonderful taco cakes on here that when I got an order for a Fiesta party, I just had to try one, too. I took a 10 inch Dark Chocolate cake cut it in half & stood it on end. Covered with Buttercream Icing. The taco shells, cheese & order ticket are made of GP/Fondant. Buttercream lettuce and cherry "fruit slices" candy for tomatoes.
