Well I think after this one, I might have to say good bye to sheet cakes! I don't know why I have so much trouble with such a simple thing but they never look good to me. I even tried to do a little Cakery type design but I think my colors were too dark. Not to mention I made Cream Cheese frosting and somehow managed to make it crust which I am not familiar with so I took too long to smooth it and by then it had crusted and made a huge mess. Guess I added too much sugar? I'll stick with IMBC from now on : )
