12" and 8" were WASC with raspberry filling and 10" was Lemon Poppyseed with buttercream filling (all covered in fondant). Snowflakes were made of fondant with various cutters and embossers. (I just made up the designs as I went). Pinecones were fondant as well and were painted with silver lusterdust.
