My little friend wanted an Iridessa cake for her 7th birthday. Iridessa is a light fairy and a friend of Tinker bells. I purchased the Iridessa doll (wings included) from EBay. The dress is a marble cake covered with butter cream frosting dyed gold and sprinkled with gold pearl dust. While Iridessas favorite flower is the sunflower, my friends favorite color is purple. This is why the base layer is chocolate cake covered in purple roses.
