Carrot cake iced in Cream cheese icing. Thankgiving in Canada is in the begining of October so it was pretty hot in my kitchen that day and I learned that cream cheese icing does not like the heat. The top trim started to melt off the cake so in the picture it has slid from where it was originaly piped on. Other than that I enjoyed working with the different color scheme, and trying to pipe leaves on the side of the cake and the cupcakes. Not too sure if I'll use cream cheese icing again in the future.
