I made this cake for my MIL for her birthday on Halloween. This is my fourth cake. My first time working with fondant and gumpaste and also with carving a cake. I had a really hard time with it. The pumpkin cake broke and I had to piece it all back together, hence the lumpiness. And I totally messed up the fondant and had to put it on in several pieces instead of one whole piece. I am really new at this and still learning and would appreciate any advice you all can give me. Thanks for looking!
