This is a 10 in caramel cake that I made for my co workers that all have birthdays in the same week. So many times I re iced this cake b/c the caramel taste wasn't quite right- it was too sugary not as buttery as I wanted it and I needed it to crust. In the end it turned out ok as far as looks- but it tasted amazing. TFL!
