The "bun" was made of white cake covered with buttercream icing. The "double patty burger" is brownies. I made the lettuce,cheese, onions and pickles out of rolled fondant. The "fries" are sugar cookie dough rolled into tiny sticks and sprinkled with sugar. The whole thing stood 11 inches tall and was 8 inches around! It was one of my "most fun" cakes I've ever done!!
