I found this the hardest cake so far. I made this for 2 6yr old twins. I learnt alot making this cake and tried out piping gel for the 1st time, also as the top was all sugarpaste and heavy I decided to make the waterfall on a thin board ,I had to put supports in the cake to take the weight. When it came to cutting the cake all they had to do was remove the top and cut the cake underneath. The figures could have been alot better, its easier making bigger models than smaller ones.
