Dark chocolate cappuccino mousse. Carved very carefully using picture I got from the internet. Covered in Black chocolate and then with white fondant. Airbrushed. Gloves were fondant. Wanted to make "Tour de France" shirt but run out of the room on the board...oh well...next time. This was for a very athletic biker lady, but her helmet was blue... So it kinds looks like a guys cake...
