I was asked to make a birthday cake for one of my husband's bosses. So I took this as an opportunity for experimentation (with her permission of course!) This cake was a bunch of firsts... new cake flavor (Cinnamon Bun), new icing (Cream Cheese icing that crusts, which I found here) and a new technique (fondant bow topper).
