*8 inch Chcolate WASC, made with coffee. Filled with Baileys Crem filling, Frosted in Whipped dark chcolate frosting. Piroette cookies were not as easy to cut even as I thought they'd be. I brought this for dessert on new years eve, it got plenty of oohs and ahhs. It was very rich especially since we had just eaten prime rib for dinner. Thanks to sugarlaced for the great design. I'll be making this again.
