Rosanna on Cake Central

This was my first square, fondant covered cake for my sister's wedding reception back in April. 12", 10", 8", 6" and 4" teirs of 3 alternating layers of dark chocolate and sour cream white cake with raspberry chambord filling, covered in Satin Ice vanilla fondant. Bottom, middle and top teirs were dusted in pearl luster dust and stenciled with royal icing, finished with white satin ribbon and fresh red roses. (My brother made the cake stand.)
