I was asked Sunday morning if I could do a birthday cake for a dear friend's 2 year old..Since it was last minute I took the opportunity to experiment. You can't tell from the picture, but just a note: fondant doesn't really stick that well to mousse.. The funny thing was, the birthday girl picked off the fondant flowers and ate several of them
