This is a cake for a Christmas Party this past Saturday. Butter Pecan, Red Velvet, and Cherry Almond. My first time using the chocolate fondant, and it worked great! :) If anything, I rolled it a little too thin...lol I had other plans for this cake, but simply ran totally out of time...
