I made these cakes for my daughter and son in laws wedding. Both are vegan as are many of their friends so these large 12 inch cakes were made without any dairy or eggs! I made two 12 inch cakes with orange soda and the dry ingredients and egg substitute for each of the wedding cakes. They were filled and frosted with a vege shortening based filling sweetened with orange juice, and lemon essence.
