Mermaid cake for child's birthday. Used the Wilton Wonder Mold with an 8" round below to allow for the length of the mermaid doll. Pretty much followed the instructions from wilton, lol. All buttercream icing. You can see the matching cupcakes surrounding with the homemade swirled chocolate shells on top that I made too (photo of cupcakes here http://www.cakecentral.com/cake-photo_1290240.html )
