Pumpkin spice cake with a chocolate ganache filling and a cinnamon BC frosting. The inspiration for this came from one of Thanh Thanh's cakes (thank you!). Buttercream flowers (technique almost learned from Roland Winbeckler) and a fondant cutout (didn't come out as well as I had hoped - need more practice). Tasted delicious (if I do say so myself. DH agreed though). TFL
