3 tier 8-10-12 white cake with strawbewrry mousse filling. BC icing with silk flowers as requested by the bride.

I marked the cake off into 3 even sections, then marked the botton every 2" or so using the cake devider mat. I used a tip 18 and made a swirl inside the "squares" I had marked. For the next row up I went "between" the swirls of the bottom row. For the top row it was the same as the bottom row. HTH.
