For my Niece's 1st Birthday. A combination of elements from three different cakes. Red velvet with fresh cream cheese icing/filling! I used chocolate fondant for the brown accents becuase I couldn't airbrush or dye it that color without ruining everything. Chocolate fondant is delicious!! I made sure everyone at that stuff becuase it was so dang expensive! hahahaha
