I made this cake for an equine veterinarian's going away party, sending him on his way to Hawaii (hence the lei on the horse). This was the first 3D free-style sculpted cake I'd ever tried and I was really pleased w/ the results. The body consists of several 6" rounds, flattened on the belly side. The rear legs are the number 7 pan, and the hooves are mini cupcakes.
