To make sole: get piece of styrofoam two inches thick. some bamboo skewers. cardboard like poster board or cardboard from bakery boxes (not corregated). Cut a pattern for the sole and duplicate several times. A bigger shoe needs more layers for streangth. Spread white glue between the layers, use paper clips or bulldog clips to hold together. While the glue is stil wet bend the sole to the shape needed, place edge against styrofoam. Use skewers stuck into foam to hold the shape till it dries.
