I made this cake a week or so ago for my 2nd grandson's 1st birthday. I have learned a great deal about sculptured cakes and doweling since my first 3D cake. It was made using the Wilton loaf pan. The cake was cut in half, stacked, doweled and then carved. This one was lots of fun to make.
