A challenge and a joy to do. Engine and Caboose are devils food chocolate cake, cars were classic white cake. Entire train iced with buttercream icing. Wheels were oreo cookies, "logs" were pretzel sticks, "coal" was crumbled oreo bits. Track was made from black licorice. One of the hardest things about this cake was transporting to the party,,,,it was 4 feet long. Im going to have to get a van!!!!
