I had fun with this one. I wish I had time to bake another cake to go underneath so I would not have had to take the legs off the barbie but oh well. It was a chocolate cake with white chocolate almond buttercream (YUM). I was able to sprinkle sparkly dust all over her. She was adorable and the little girl I made it for loved it.
