Here is a cake that I did for a friend's daughter. No real specifics from dad only that her favorite color is blue. So I thought I would try to make a fondant loop bow. I think it turned out nice.
Fantastic job! So pretty! How many people did they plan on serving with this size cake? Is there 2 layers of 6" and 2 layers of 10" (using 2" square pans)? Sorry for all the questions, I'm still trying to get the hang of this serving size "thing".
They only wanted to serve 15-20 teenagers and probably 15 adults. I know I over made, but the square cakes were originally for a wedding that Rita interrupted. And I wanted to try the catty-cornered look and try to make a bow. Funny, my friends never seem to mind that they get my experiments.

Sorry--apparently I thought it was twice as nice!!! LOL
Very pretty.
Wow, very pretty. Bow is great, especially for your first try!
Your cake design and bow look great!
Can I ask what size pans you used. I love this cake. It is great.
This is a 10" and 6" sq. pan.

Great job! Love the bow and the color is so vibrant and pretty.
Very nice job - love the bow and the detail on your cake
I really like this one. I have a heck of a time with bows.... any pointers? Your bow looks great!
Just followed the "Fondant Loop Bow" directions from CC. But I used a 3/4" PVC pipe instead of 1". May even try 1/2" to loop bows over.
