This was my first attempt at fondant roses and leaves. I have a lot of work to do! I think I put too many leaves. The cake is sour cream with BC icing and fondant roses, small flowers, leaves and butterflies. The pearls in the center of the small flowers are eidible candy. The request was for a simple but pretty cake for a Mom's birthday.
