This is a cake for a friend who recently graduated from her nursing program. (I only had 3 hours notice, or I would have done something a little more elaborate!! Good thing she was a good friend :) ) It is a yellow cake with homemade fresh raspberry filling and a stabilized whipped cream filling. It is iced and decorated with a whipped Buttercream icing.
