Sticking with south louisiana tradition. Beignets and LSU are favorites. This is only my 2nd 3d cake. Of course its Coffee cakewith a cinnamon and brwn sugar center I also added a little cinnamon in my butter cream to give it that extra morning taste to go with a cup of Cafe- Au lait.
